The ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ (ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½) community will bring the red to Kauffman
Stadium while cheering on the boys in blue as ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ participates in the second annual
MIAA Day at the K on Saturday, April 26.
For the second year in a row, the Kansas City Royals invite fans from the 14 universities
in the to a night of baseball and school pride. The purchase of a ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½-themed ticket includes
a KC Royals and ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ co-branded bucket hat for the first 1,500 fans. The Royals will
also give away a Mike Moustakas bobblehead to the first 20,000 attendees.
ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ will host a tailgate in Lot J for those who purchased a ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ ticket to the game.
From 4 to 5:30 p.m., visitors can hang out with President Roger Best and Mo the Mule,
take advantage of fun photo opportunities and get an official ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ Cookie. Fans wearing
ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ gear (preferably red) at the tailgate will receive an exclusive light-up Mule
pin, while supplies last.
At 6:10 p.m., the Royals will face the Houston Astros, which are owned by ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ alumnus
Jim Crane, ’76.
As a bonus, anyone who shows their MIAA Day at the K ticket will receive free entry
to the game at 1 p.m. April 26 at Crane Stadium.
