WARRENSBURG, MO – One of the best gifts anyone can offer to others is their own blood.
The ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ is providing an opportunity to help save more lives
by hosting the Together Royal Blood Drive 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, in
the ballroom of the Elliott Student Union.
Consistent with the event theme, individuals who donate blood will receive a free
limited edition Royals t-shirt to help show their team spirit, and to celebrate their
contribution to the in Kansas City. They will also have the opportunity to enter their name in a drawing
for a bowling/pizza party for up to six individuals at the ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ Bowling Center in the
Elliott Student Union.
The Community Blood Center supports 60 hospitals in 70 Missouri and Kansas counties,
and plasma is always needed. ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½â€™s Volunteer Services office is helping to coordinate
the blood drive, which is open to students, faculty, staff and community members.
